We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations for our educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for hiring suitable staff, maintaining employee records, coordinating office administration, and ensuring smooth operational support across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR / Recruitment Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff such as faculty, counselors, telecallers, office staff, and support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads, and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and support onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and employee records.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees.
- Support attendance, leave records, and employee coordination when required.
Admin Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the institution.
- Coordinate office operations, front desk support, and general staff requirements.
- Handle vendor coordination, stationery, office supplies, and basic facility management.
- Maintain employee files, office records, and important documentation.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, staff coordination, and internal communication.
- Ensure discipline, smooth office functioning, and proper administrative support to different departments.

Qualification

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
