Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in the taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report replenishment requirements.
- Recommend beverages and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.
- Assist in cashiering and handling customer orders when required.
- Support the team during peak hours and special events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation methods, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal grooming and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidates residing nearby will be preferred.
