Job Title: Assistant Transport Manager
We are hiring Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day transport operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating fleet activities, maintaining operational records, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring smooth execution of transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations.
- Monitor vehicle movements and assist in scheduling trips.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of transportation services.
- Maintain operational records, trip details, and other related documentation.
- Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Handle email correspondence and communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and support the operations team in achieving service efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email handling, and basic computer operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Candidates residing near Bijoynagar will be preferred.
- Candidates from other locations must be willing to relocate.
