Kanojiya Global Apparels is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead and oversee our apparel export operations. We are seeking a proactive professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the garment export industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end operations of the export house.
* Oversee product development, sampling, merchandising, production, quality, and shipment execution.
* Coordinate with international buyers regarding product development, approvals, timelines, and order execution.
* Ensure smooth execution of buyer requirements from inquiry to final shipment.
* Monitor production planning, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and delivery schedules.
* Lead cross-functional teams including merchandising, production, sampling, quality, sourcing, accounts, and administration.
* Supervise the sampling department to ensure timely development and dispatch of samples.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production as per buyer specifications.
* Manage vendor sourcing, fabric procurement, trims, and production follow-ups.
* Conduct regular production meetings and ensure departments work efficiently to achieve targets.
* Handle office administration, staff coordination, and overall operational discipline.
* Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
* Resolve production challenges and maintain effective communication between buyers, vendors, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and export documentation processes.
* Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to the management.
Candidate Profile
* 8–10 years of experience in a garment export house.
* Strong knowledge of apparel merchandising, production, sampling, sourcing, and quality processes.
* Experience handling European and US buyers will be preferred.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
* Proficient in production planning, T&A management, and export operations.
