Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our Construction team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team for construction-related projects and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.
- Generate and follow up on leads for construction projects.
- Maintain client databases and update call records regularly.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and sales/site teams.
- Follow up with existing clients for business opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Support marketing and business development activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi / English .
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle client conversations professionally.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

- 12th Pass / Graduate
