We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and technically skilled IT Hardware & Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle laptop and desktop sales and service, CCTV installation, customer support, and field visits independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptops and desktops.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems.
- Install and configure Wi-Fi routers and basic networking devices.
- Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle laptop and desktop sales by recommending products based on customer needs.
- Purchase spare parts from suppliers whenever required.
- Complete assigned work accurately and within the committed timeline.
- Maintain service records and update customers on repair status.
- Manage the office independently when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills & Requirements
- Good knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and basic networking.
- Ability to identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for service calls.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred (if applicable).
Qualification
- Diploma, ITI, or any certification in Computer Hardware, Networking, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Experience in laptop/desktop service, CCTV installation, or networking will be an added advantage.
