We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to craft intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless user journeys and high-quality product interfaces.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, excellent visual design skills, and experience designing modern web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications from concept to final implementation.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define product requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
- Design responsive interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across multiple devices.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design projects.
- Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Prototyping.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Experience designing responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts to create developer-friendly designs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted design tools to improve productivity is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
