*About the Role*
We are seeking an Education Counsellor – MBBS India to guide Indian students and their parents through the complete admission journey for MBBS programs medical universities. The role requires strong counselling and conversion skills, in-depth knowledge of NMC-approved universities, and hands-on experience handling MBBS India admissions from lead generation to enrolment.
The ideal candidate understands Indian student concerns, NEET-UG requirements, and regulatory guidelines, and can consistently convert quality leads into successful admissions.

* Counsel students and parents for MBBS admissions•in India
* Handle the complete process under NEET-UG, MCC (AIQ), and State C•unselling
* Drive conversions from enquiry to confirmed admission
Key Re•ponsbilities
* Counsel on Government, Private & Deemed Me•ical Colleges
* Explain NEET eligibility, cut-offs, fees, bonds, and reser•atoin policies
* Handle walk-ins, calls, and digital leads with re•ular follow-ups
* Guide students through choice filling, locking, seat allotme•t, and reporting
* Assist with documentation and adm•ssion formalities
* Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, an• inducation fairs
* Maintain student data a•d follow-ups in CRM
* Achieve monthly and seasonal admission ta•get
Candidate Profile
* Experience i• MBBS India counselling
* Strong knowledge of NEET-UG, MCC & St•te counselling processes
* Excellent communication •nd parent-handling skills
* Target-driven and process-oriented
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
