About the Role
Neeraj Communication is looking for an experienced E-commerce Sales Expert / Manager who can manage and grow sales across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of online sales, product performance, market trends, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and increase sales across major e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and overall product performance.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze relevant market and competitor data.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and emerging e-commerce trends.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, offers, and product positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, product availability, order management, and customer requirements.
- Identify underperforming products and implement corrective strategies to improve sales.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales/marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience in managing and increasing product sales on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product listings, pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze market and competitor data.
- Strong awareness of current market and e-commerce trends.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with 3–4 years of relevant e-commerce sales experience will be preferred.
- Candidates based in Lucknow or willing to work from Lucknow will be preferred.
- Experience in handling multiple e-commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
