Job Summary
AL MUQADDAS TOURS & TRAVELS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Consultant with strong expertise in Hajj, Umrah, Visa Processing, Sales, Marketing, and Travel Operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing travel operations, leading a team, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day travel operations and office activities.
- Handle Hajj and Umrah inquiries, bookings, and customer consultations.
- Process Umrah, Tourist, Business, Visit, and other visa applications.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package proposals.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase revenue.
- Manage social media inquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, and travel agents.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Ensure all travel documentation and visa requirements are completed accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and support junior staff members.
Leadership & Team Management
- Ability to manage and lead a team of travel consultants, visa executives, and operations staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Motivate team members to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where required.
- Ensure coordination between sales, operations, accounts, and customer service teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of Hajj, Umrah, and Saudi visa procedures.
- Experience in international visa processing and travel documentation.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and travel operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel reservation systems.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu. Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with a Hajj Group Organizer (HGO) or Umrah operator.
- Knowledge of Nusuk, airline reservations, hotel bookings, and group travel management.
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
