FULL STACK DEVELOPER – JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title:
Full Stack Developer (MERN / Laravel / CRM / Automation)
Location:
Jaipur (On-site preferred) / Remote (for strong candidates)
About the Company:
We are building multiple digital platforms including marketplaces, CRM systems, automation engines, and service platforms across legal, finance, and property sectors.
Our focus is on building execution systems (lead → deal → revenue), not just static websites.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can handle both frontend and backend development and help build scalable systems such as CRM platforms, marketplaces, and automation workflows.
The candidate should be able to understand business logic and convert it into working systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Development:
- Build and maintain web applications (frontend + backend)
- Develop CRM modules (lead management, deal tracking)
- Create dashboards (Admin / User / Broker)
Backend:
- Develop APIs (Node.js / Laravel)
- Design and manage databases (MySQL / MongoDB)
- Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay or similar)
Frontend:
- Build UI using React.js / HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Connect frontend with backend APIs
- Ensure performance and responsiveness
Automation and Integration:
- Integrate WhatsApp API, Email, SMS systems
- Setup lead capture and follow-up automation
- Work with webhooks and third-party APIs
System Understanding:
- Understand workflow: Lead → Assign → Follow-up → Close
- Build reusable and scalable modules
Requirements:
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience
- Must have worked on real projects (not only training or internship)
Technical Skills:
- Frontend: React.js / HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Backend: Node.js / Express or Laravel
- Database: MongoDB / MySQL
- API development and integration
- Version control (Git)
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM / SaaS / Marketplace platforms
- WhatsApp API or automation tools
- Payment gateway integration
Mandatory Condition:
Candidate must have built at least one complete working system (not only UI).
Candidate should understand:
- User flow
- Business logic
- Data handling
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
