Job Summary
Amaryllis Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing sales operations, customer communication, order processing, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with experience in handling sales documentation and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day sales activities.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS data accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic order-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-ups, invoicing, and outstanding collections.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Maintain product price lists, customer databases, and sales documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate with Marketing regarding promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer communication.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets through efficient coordination.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
