SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to join our team.
Experience
- 10+ years of overall relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Compensation
- At least one complete SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation cycle
- Minimum one support project experience
- Good understanding of other relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation
- At least one complete implementation lifecycle experience
- Experience in SuccessFactors support projects
- Good understanding of related SuccessFactors modules
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification is mandatory
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
Work Location
Bengaluru / Gurugram
Work Mode
Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week from office
Work Timings
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
Notice Period
Immediate to maximum 20 days
Candidate Preference
Candidates who are immediately available or serving notice period with a maximum of 20 days will be preferred.
Only candidates with strong and relevant SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience and mandatory certification will be considered.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
