We're looking for an experienced CMM candidates
Designation : CMM Operator: Carl Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Accurate & Hexagon(Multiaxle)
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E – Mechanical, Automobile & Aeronautical
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Shift: Rotational
CTC: 25k to 30k per month
Languages Known: Tamil & English
Locations: Chennai, Trichy, TADA & Bengaluru

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate Hexagon Multiaxle CMM machines to inspect components with precision and accuracy.
- Create and modify CMM programs or equivalent software for various inspection requirements.
- Perform dimensional and geometrical inspections based on engineering drawings and GD&T standards to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify deviations or non-conformances during inspections and report them to the quality or production teams.
- Maintain accurate records of measurement data, inspection reports, and corrective actions for audit and quality assurance purposes.
- Work closely with production, quality, and design teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturability.
- Participate in root cause analysis, process improvements, and stay updated on advancements in CMM technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
