Roles & Responsibility:
Oversee and lead the QA department to ensure compliance with quality standards for sugar and alcohol production.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and perform root cause analysis for quality issues.
Ensure adherence to local, national, and international food and safety regulations.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Lead training programs for staff on quality standards, safety, and best practices.
Manage documentation, reports, and audits for compliance purposes.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
