Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer / Web Developer to design, build, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of both design principles and frontend development. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive websites and web pages Create engaging UI/UX layouts and wireframes Convert design mockups into functional web pages Maintain and improve existing websites Ensure websites are optimized for speed and performance Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders Required Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (React.js is a plus) Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Familiarity with version control tools like Git Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) Basic understanding of SEO principles Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) Soft Skills: Creative thinking and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
