About the Role
We're hiring a Business Development Intern/ Full time to drive partnerships, expand our client base, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You'll work closely with the founding team on real client acquisition, not busywork.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities in the ed-tech, staffing, and training space
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate leads and schedule meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, colleges, and hiring partners
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations
- Coordinate and follow up on partnerships, MoUs, and placement tie-ups
- Maintain and update the CRM database with leads, outreach status, and follow-ups
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly progress reports for senior management
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field
- Strong spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Proactive, self-driven, comfortable with cold outreach
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing/BD concepts
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Prior BD/sales experience is a plus, not mandatory
