Khasso Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly driven, execution-focused, and process-oriented Internal Team Manager / PMO Lead to act as the central coordination point across Sales, Product, Development, QA, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership teams.
This role is not limited to project tracking. The Internal Team Manager will be responsible for driving accountability, ensuring task closure, monitoring project health, managing escalations, identifying operational bottlenecks, tracking organizational KPIs, and providing leadership with real-time visibility into business operations.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and capable of driving execution across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end project tracking from requirement gathering to customer go-live.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, and risk registers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Drive daily follow-ups and closure of pending tasks.
- Manage project escalations and stakeholder communications.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Act as the communication bridge between Leadership, Sales, Product, Development, QA, Implementation, Support, and Customers.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across departments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and track action items.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare MOMs, and monitor completion of agreed actions.
- Resolve communication gaps and improve collaboration between teams.
Task Ownership & Closure Management
- Ensure every task has a defined owner, timeline, priority, and closure status.
- Conduct daily reviews of open, delayed, and escalated tasks.
- Track task completion and ensure proper communication of closures.
- Escalate risks, delays, and bottlenecks proactively.
- Drive accountability and ownership across departments.
Operational Excellence & Bottleneck Management
- Identify operational bottlenecks impacting delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with departments to remove blockers and improve efficiency.
- Drive process optimization and workflow automation initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and organizational processes.
PMO & Leadership Reporting
- Create and maintain executive dashboards for leadership.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business review reports.
- Track project portfolio status, risks, escalations, and delivery performance.
- Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Customer Success & Escalation Management
- Maintain customer escalation trackers and monitor resolution timelines.
- Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implementation progress.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer risks.
Product & Delivery Governance
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Implementation teams.
- Track feature delivery, sprint progress, release status, and open defects.
- Monitor product stability metrics and recurring issues.
- Ensure customer requirements are accurately documented and tracked.
Knowledge Management & KT Governance
- Schedule and track Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.
- Maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
- Ensure knowledge repositories are updated regularly.
- Reduce dependency on individuals through structured documentation and training.
Resource Planning & Productivity Management
- Track resource allocation and workload distribution.
- Monitor department productivity and SLA compliance.
- Identify resource constraints and capacity gaps.
- Support management in workforce planning and prioritization.
