Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at steel construction project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and site workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and completed work to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Resolve on-site issues and report any technical or operational challenges.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and material usage.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in structural steel construction.
- Good understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and site management.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential steel structure projects.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
