Job Overview
We are looking for freshers and entry-level candidates for the role of Client Solutions Analyst (Research). This role is ideal for candidates interested in research, data analysis, market research, business intelligence, construction, real estate, and project intelligence.
The selected candidate will work on live construction and real estate projects, conduct research, collect and validate project information, analyse data, and support client requirements.
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Preferred Candidate Location: Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan and Kurla
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Key Responsibilities
- Research and collect information on construction, real estate and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct primary and secondary research using online sources and industry resources.
- Collect and validate project information from tenders, building plans, approvals and other project documents.
- Make telephonic calls to verify information and collect relevant project data.
- Perform data entry, data analysis and MIS reporting using Excel and other internal tools.
- Maintain accurate and updated project databases.
- Analyse project information and identify relevant insights.
- Respond to client queries and assist in providing accurate project information.
- Develop knowledge of the construction, real estate and infrastructure industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of research and data.
Requirements
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with an interest in research, data analysis, market research, business intelligence, construction or real estate will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with telephonic communication and client interaction.
- Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and work with large volumes of data.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
