Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Tender Executive with strong hands-on experience in PSU empanelment, vendor registration and Government/PSU empanelment tendering. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, managing PSU empanelment processes, preparing and submitting tenders, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring complete compliance with tender and empanelment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track PSU empanelment, Central Government, State Government and other institutional tenders relevant to the company's business.
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP and various PSU empanelment / e-Procurement portals.
- Study tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, EOI and EOI/RFP amendments in detail.
- Evaluate technical, commercial and financial eligibility before bidding.
- Prepare and manage complete tender documentation, including:
- Technical Bid
- Financial/Commercial Bid
- EMD/Bid Security
- Tender Fee
- Experience & Turnover Documents
- OEM/Authorization Documents
- Compliance Sheets
- Declarations, Undertakings & Affidavits
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal and Management teams for timely bid submission.
- Prepare tender compliance matrices and ensure all mandatory requirements are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with OEMs, partners and vendors for required certificates, authorizations and technical documents.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications and corrigendums.
- Ensure bids are submitted accurately within the prescribed deadline.
- Maintain a proper database of submitted, won, lost and upcoming tenders.
- Track tender results, LOA/PO/work orders and coordinate with relevant teams for post-award formalities.
- Monitor EMD, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), Security Deposit and other tender-related requirements.
- Analyse competitors, previous tender results and pricing trends to improve bid strategy.
- Coordinate with management for commercial pricing and bid/no-bid decisions.
- Ensure compliance with PSU/Government procurement procedures and tender conditions. Required Expertise
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Government/PSU empanelment tendering and procurement.
- Strong hands-on experience in PSU empanelment /vendor registration is mandatory.
- Proven experience in getting companies empanelled with PSUs, Government departments or Government institutions.
- Strong knowledge of PSU empanelment procedures, eligibility requirements, documentation and follow-up processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of GeM, CPPP and State/PSU empanelment, e-Procurement portals.
- Strong understanding of Government procurement processes and tender documentation.
- Experience handling IT, software, hardware, digital services or technology-related tenders will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of EMD, PBG, BG, OEM authorization, MAF, turnover, past experience and eligibility criteria.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, documentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and tender portal documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a proven track record of successful PSU empanelment/vendor registration will be given high preference.
- Experience in multiple PSU empanelments and renewals will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have independently handled empanelment from application to approval will be preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of successful PSU empanelment/Government tender participation and order acquisition will be highly preferred.
- Experience in IT Solution / IT Services / Digital Marketing / Software / Technology tenders will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of tender eligibility, technical compliance, commercial terms and bid submission processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
