Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Immigration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining our immigration services, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain immigration services, including PR, Study Visa, Work Visa, and Visitor Visa options.
- Understand client requirements and provide basic guidance.
- Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
