Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of an office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a productive work environment. This role involves managing office procedures, coordinating administrative staff, maintaining office supplies, and supporting management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Supervise administrative and support staff.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace regulations.
- Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitor inquiries.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records.
- Improve office processes and implement efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or Bachelor's or MBA preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
