Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled psychology professional to join our team. The role involves working with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on delivering structured, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building strong client rapport, conducting detailed assessments, and creating personalized therapy plans. A deep understanding of psychological frameworks and family dynamics is essential, along with a strong inclination toward relationship and family well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment for clients.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals, couples, and families dealing with emotional, relational, and psychological concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive case history assessments and in-depth client interviews.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with client needs and therapeutic goals.
- Prepare structured session plans based on assessments and evidence-based frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams through case discussions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Contribute to psychoeducational content and client awareness initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Support administrative and operational processes related to therapy services.
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
- MPhil in Clinical Psychology
- MSc in Psychology (Mandatory) with 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and schedules effectively
Experience:
- MPhil Candidates: 0–5 years post qualification
- MSc Candidates: 3–5 years of relevant experience (therapy/counselling with individuals, couples, or families preferred)

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including 1-hour break; flexibility based on client needs)
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Note: One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided the following day
