Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ceramic Technician to join our dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating high-quality ceramic dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of dental anatomy, esthetics, shade matching, and ceramic layering techniques while maintaining high standards of quality and turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate ceramic dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported restorations.
- Perform ceramic build-up, layering, contouring, staining, glazing, and finishing.
- Match shades accurately to achieve natural-looking restorations.
- Inspect restorations for fit, function, esthetics, and quality before final delivery.
- Collaborate with dental technicians and dentists to meet case requirements.
- Follow laboratory protocols, quality standards, and production timelines.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized condition.
- Keep accurate records of cases and communicate any issues or remakes promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in Dental Technology or Dental Ceramics.
- 2+ years of experience as a Ceramic Technician in a dental laboratory (preferred).
- Proficiency in ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and finishing techniques.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, morphology, and esthetics.
- Experience with zirconia, lithium disilicate (e.g., E.max), and porcelain restorations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
