Inside Sales -Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer
About the Role: Responsible for providing technical sales support, generating leads, preparing quotations (BOMs), and assisting customers with industrial computing products (IPCs, Motherboards, BOX-PCs) — all from an office or remote setting.
We are seeking a courteous, well-organized Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage our reception area, handle office clerical activities, and ensure smooth communication within the office and with external visitors. You will be the first point of contact for our company, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical advice.
Create and implement sales and marketing strategies for IPCs, Motherboards (MBs), BOX- PCs, and related products.
Generate new leads and business opportunities, while nurturing existing customer relationships.
Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations (PPTs) to customers.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Track and report sales data and market trends.
communicate clearly with customers and prepare accurate techno-commercial BOMs.
Apply strong problem-solving skills and work both independently and collaboratively.
Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science) or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or techno-commercial roles technical aptitude .
Knowledge of IPCs, Motherboards, BOX-PCs, and embedded systems (preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.
