About the Role
VGDS Global is hiring organized, confident, and detail-oriented professionals to coordinate presentation design projects for clients across India and international markets, including the United States.
This role involves managing project workflows, coordinating with clients and internal design teams, tracking timelines, handling revisions, and ensuring smooth delivery of PowerPoint presentation projects.
We are hiring for two levels:
- Workflow / Project Coordinator: For candidates with relevant project coordination or presentation-design experience.
- Associate Project Coordinator: For fresh graduates with strong English communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn and manage client projects professionally.
The most important requirement for this role is the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English, including handling calls and written communication with international clients, especially US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end workflow for PowerPoint and presentation design projects, from client onboarding to final delivery.
- Coordinate between clients, sales teams, presentation designers, and internal stakeholders.
- Understand client briefs, requirements, timelines, and expected deliverables.
- Attend and manage client calls, including calls with international and US-based clients when required.
- Assign projects to designers based on workload, skill level, availability, and deadlines.
- Track project progress, timelines, revisions, feedback, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain project trackers, task sheets, client communication records, and status reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expected quality standards.
- Follow up with internal teams for pending work, revisions, and quality checks.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and communicate concerns proactively.
- Support designers and team members in resolving project-related issues.
- Handle multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure professional, clear, and timely communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Communication Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal instructions.
- Conduct project kickoff calls or clarification calls when required.
- Share project timelines, progress updates, and delivery information with clients.
- Handle client feedback and revision requests professionally.
- Communicate confidently through email, WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or other client communication platforms.
- Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach while dealing with clients from different countries and time zones.
Required Skills - Communication Skills - Mandatory
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong email-writing and professional communication skills.
- Confidence to speak with international clients, including US clients.
- Ability to understand different accents and communicate clearly during calls.
- Ability to explain project updates, timelines, revisions, and requirements professionally.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good file-management, folder-management, and document-sharing skills.
- Ability to learn project-management tools, CRM systems, trackers, and collaboration platforms quickly.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Slides, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of presentation design, layouts, formatting, and visual communication is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
Workflow / Project Coordinator
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, workflow management, client servicing, presentation design, operations, or related roles.
- Experience in handling international clients will be preferred.
- Experience in PowerPoint presentation design, creative agencies, consulting support, digital agencies, or design-project coordination will be an advantage.
Associate Project Coordinator - Freshers Can Apply
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should have strong English communication skills and confidence to handle professional calls.
- Candidates should be technically capable, organized, quick learners, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Training will be provided on internal workflows, client communication, project tracking, and presentation design coordination.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum requirement for Associate Project Coordinator: Graduation in any discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Design, IT, English, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in project management, communication, Microsoft Office, presentation design, or digital tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working with clients across different time zones.
- Able to attend occasional evening calls for US or international clients when required.
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
- Interested in presentation design, business communication, project management, and client servicing.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Candidates from Kochi or nearby locations will be preferred.
