Experience: 10+ years in SAP MM and PM modules, including at least 1–2 full-cycle implementation or support projects in power generation, utilities, or heavy process industries.
Must-have skills:

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC (not only S/4HANA) — MM and PM modules

Working knowledge of: Reservations, PR/PO cycle, MPR/SPR, Service Entry Sheets, Budget/Availability reports

PM module: Notifications, Maintenance Orders, PTW process, Equipment master & BOM, Maintenance Plans (including mass/bulk creation)

Experience with LSMW/data upload tools for BOM and maintenance plan bulk uploads

Prior experience delivering end-user /consultant training to plant engineers/operations staff (not just consultants)

Ability to design training material: process flow decks, T-code cheat sheets, hands-on exercises using client-like scenarios
Good to have:

Prior experience in a power plant / thermal/renewable / utility SAP rollout

Exposure to integration touchpoints between MM-PM and FI/CO (cost booking) and PP if relevant

Certification in SAP MM/PM (nice-to-have, not a substitute for real experience)
