Role : AI Solution Delivery
Location : Pune/Bengaluru/ Trivandrum/ Hyderabad (onsite)
Type : 12+ months contract / CTH
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Case Discovery & Prioritization — Partner with contract lifecycle stakeholders to identify automation and intelligence opportunities (e.g., clause extraction, obligation tracking, renewal prediction, risk scoring, contract summarization).
- Solution Design — Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection (LLM, NLP, ML), integration points, and UX flows that fit within enterprise ecosystem.
- Delivery & Implementation — Own the build cycle: requirements gathering, prototyping, iteration with users, testing, deployment, and post-launch measurement.
- Stakeholder Enablement — Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical partners; run demos, training sessions, and adoption programs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination — Work with Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Continuous Improvement — Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and iterate. Stay current on advances in GenAI, NLP, and contract intelligence tooling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced in solution delivery, consulting, or product development — with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML solutions
- Demonstrated experience with contract management, CLM platforms, or adjacent legal-tech domains
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and their application to document-heavy workflows
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering)
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working with individual contributors alike
