- Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
- Oversee engineering and maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
- Plan and manage workforce shifts for optimal productivity.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control and hygiene standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
- Coordinate with the Managing Director, procurement, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Train and mentor production operators and technical staff.
- Ensure cost control, minimize wastage, and improve overall efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with factory regulations.
