Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in the installation / maintenance of solar panels and related systems.
- Assist senior technicians / engineers in the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details, maintenance logs, and equipment status.
- Prepare and submit reports on daily tasks and progress.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical. Relevant solar training would be preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles, mechanical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- No prior experience required, but any experience in solar installation / electrical or mechanical work is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools; knowledge of solar technology is beneficial but not necessary.
- Must have strong willingness to travel (project basis), learn, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
