Urgent requirement for Center Manager position in Apollo Clinic Barrackpore.
- Own complete P&L responsibility of the clinic.
- Drive revenue growth across consultations, diagnostics, health checks, vaccinations, pharmacy and specialty services.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and growth strategies.
- Build referral networks with doctors, corporates, schools, housing societies and local influencers.
- Drive preventive healthcare programs, camps and corporate health initiatives.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 50+ employees.
- Recruit, mentor and develop team members.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs, profitability, productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Apollo standards and healthcare regulations.

- 8–15 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Experience managing a business unit, clinic, wellness centre, education centre or similar customer-facing operation.
- Managed a team of 30+ employees.
- Strong leadership, sales, marketing and business development capabilities.
- Proficiency in English communication and expert in Word, Excel and PPT.
- Graduate mandatory; MBA preferred.
