- Support design review, selection and technical evaluation of moulds, dies and related tooling.
- Analyse tooling wear, failures and product defects and recommend corrective improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, NPI, Quality and Maintenance on tooling-related process issues.
- Maintain mould and tooling records including identification, life history, maintenance and repair status.
- Support trials, validation and continuous improvement of new and existing moulds and tooling.
- Review drawings and technical specifications to confirm tooling requirements.
- Coordinate with external tooling suppliers and repair vendors when required.
- Support spare tooling planning to reduce production interruptions.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
