Admissions Management
- Develop and execute regional admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets across all assigned schools.
- Monitor admission enquiries, conversions, and student retention.
- Review admission pipelines regularly and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure uniform admission processes and compliance with school policies across all campuses.
- Guide and support school admission counsellors in handling parent interactions and follow-ups.
- Monitor enquiry-to-visit, visit-to-registration, and registration-to-admission conversion ratios.
- Forecast admissions and prepare periodic enrolment reports.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement annual regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, and community platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all schools.
- Plan and oversee promotional activities, admissions campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate high-quality admission enquiries through multiple marketing channels.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, residential communities, preschools, educational consultants, and local organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase student enrolments.
- Organize referral programmes and community outreach initiatives.
Events & Parent Engagement
- Plan and manage Open Houses, Education Fairs, School Events, Orientation Programmes, and Community Outreach activities.
- Enhance parent engagement initiatives to improve admissions conversion and brand loyalty.
- Support schools in organizing promotional events and public relations activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Admissions Executives, Marketing Executives, and School Admission Teams.
- Define KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions on admissions counselling, customer service, CRM usage, and marketing practices.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, admissions, academics, and school leadership teams.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand demographic trends, competitor positioning, fee structures, and parent expectations.
- Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and improved school visibility.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage regional admissions and marketing budgets.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure optimum utilization of marketing resources.
- Evaluate campaign ROI and optimize investments.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering:
- Admission status
- Lead generation
- Conversion ratios
- Marketing performance
- Campaign ROI
- Budget utilization
- Competitor analysis
- Present performance dashboards to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Principals, School Leadership Teams, Academic Heads, Operations, HR, and Corporate Office.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, event partners, media houses, printers, and digital marketing vendors.
- Represent the organization at educational events and networking forums.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in admissions, marketing, business development, or sales.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing admissions and marketing across multiple school campuses or educational institutions.
- Experience in CBSE, ICSE, International Schools, K–12 Education, or EdTech is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹110,000.00 per month
