Job Title: HR Assistant Manager
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and documentation when required.
- Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data for management review.
- Support HR audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing and organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
