Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CNC Laser Cutting Operator with a background in sheet metal fabrication. The candidate should be capable of operating CNC laser cutting machines, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring accurate cutting as per production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Laser Cutting machines for sheet metal components.
- Set up the machine and load/unload raw materials.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and cutting specifications.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure optimal material utilization and minimize scrap.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Laser Cutting Operator.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication is mandatory.
- Knowledge of CNC laser cutting machine operation and settings.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and quality inspection.
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laser cutting machines such as Bystronic, Trumpf, Amada, Bodor, Han's Laser, or similar.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
Salary: As per experience
Experience Required: 1–3 years (or as per your hiring requirement)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
