We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, manage team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations smoothly
- Ensure SOPs and company policies are properly followed
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Handle team scheduling and manpower management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets
- Manage inventory, stock control, and wastage
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations or outlet management
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and reporting preferred
