Job Description – IT Head
Key Responsibilities:
Company ke ERP system ko manage aur support karna.
Desktop, Laptop, Printer aur Computer ki installation, maintenance aur troubleshooting.
Telephone/Intercom se related issues ko resolve karna.
CCTV Camera system ki installation, monitoring aur maintenance handle karna.
Network, Internet, Wi-Fi aur LAN connectivity ko maintain karna.
Software installation, updates aur data backup ka dhyan rakhna.
IT assets ki maintenance aur smooth functioning ensure karna.
Users ko technical support provide karna aur IT-related issues ko timely resolve karna.
Required Skills:
Computer hardware & networking ki achhi knowledge.
ERP software ka experience.
Laptop/Desktop maintenance aur troubleshooting.
CCTV Camera aur Telephone System handle karne ka experience.
Basic Windows, MS Office aur networking knowledge.
Problem-solving skills aur team coordination.
Experience: 3–5 years (Preferred)
Location: Ghaziabad
Salary: As per experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
