Job Title: Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role involves coordination with site teams, clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and MIS reports.
Monitor project timelines and follow up to ensure milestones are achieved.
Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment as per project requirements.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
Attend project meetings and record minutes of meetings (MOM).
Track project costs and assist in budget monitoring.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and report them to the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Support billing, work measurement, and project handover documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project (preferred).
Knowledge of AutoCAD and project documentation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
