Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Machine Vision & Industrial Automation

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Technical Sales Executive – Machine Vision & Industrial Automation who can generate leads, connect with OEMs and distributors, understand customer requirements, and promote Kyptec Automation® products in domestic and international markets.
Role Overview
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential customers, explaining technical product details, generating qualified leads, and converting inquiries into sales. This role requires a good understanding of B2B industrial sales, machine vision applications, automation products, and customer relationship management.
- The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with OEMs, distributors, machine vision system integrators, industrial automation companies, and technical purchase teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for machine vision lenses, machine vision cables, and industrial automation products.
- Approach OEMs, distributors, system integrators, machine builders, robotics companies, and industrial inspection solution providers.
- Generate qualified leads through calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, online research, directories, industry platforms, and exhibitions.
- Understand customer requirements related to machine vision applications, industrial inspection, camera systems, automation lines, and imaging setups.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, applications, and benefits to customers in a professional manner.
- Prepare and share product information, quotations, catalogues, datasheets, and commercial offers with prospects.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong communication until order closure.
- Build long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, technical details, samples, dispatch, and customer support.
- Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales status.
- Research competitor products, market pricing, industry trends, and potential customer segments.
- Support domestic and international sales development for Kyptec Automation® products.
- Help expand the brand’s reach in the machine vision and industrial automation market.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of technical sales, B2B sales, industrial sales, or automation product sales.
- Basic knowledge of machine vision, industrial cameras, lenses, cables, sensors, robotics, or automation systems will be preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Good email writing, calling, and presentation skills.
- Confidence to communicate with OEMs, distributors, purchase teams, engineers, and decision-makers.
- Lead generation skills through online platforms, LinkedIn, directories, Google search, and industry databases.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge, Excel, CRM, email, and online research skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn technical products.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in machine vision product sales, industrial automation sales, electronic components sales, camera/lens sales, sensor sales, robotics sales, or B2B technical sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience handling OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or industrial customers will be preferred.
Qualification
Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, B.Tech, B.E., BBA, MBA, or any relevant qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automation, Sales, or Business Development. Technical background will be preferred
