GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
In this role, you will ensure that operational knowledge, SOPs, and best practices are systematically captured, governed, and accessible across the organization.
You will work closely with Operational Teams and Operations Performance Sustainability Leads to maintain a trusted single source of truth and ensure that knowledge assets actively support performance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The colleague is responsible for:
- Owning and maintaining a single source of truth for SOPs, playbooks, templates, and training assets

Establishing and enforcing standards for documentation structure, version control, and review cadence

Ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability of knowledge assets, including retiring outdated content

Partnering with Operations Performance Sustainability Leads to embed knowledge into daily operational routines

Capturing outputs from continuous improvement initiatives into updated SOPs and playbooks

Ensuring improvements are documented in a way that supports sustainment and scalability

Collaborating with operational teams and leadership to align knowledge priorities with business needs
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
-
Experience in knowledge management, operations, service delivery, or process improvement
- Strong ability to structure and simplify complex information into clear, usable documentation
- Experience working with SOPs, playbooks, or training content
- Strong attention to detail with focus on quality, consistency, and governance
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across teams and leadership
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work with international stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structured documentation processes
