Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and portfolio)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality, photorealistic visualizations for interior, exterior, and landscape projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, materials, texturing, and post-production.
The candidate will work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to transform architectural drawings, concepts, and CAD plans into visually compelling 3D presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D models and high-quality renders for interior, exterior, and landscape projects.
- Develop photorealistic architectural visualizations using industry-standard rendering software.
- Set up lighting, cameras, materials, textures, and environments to achieve realistic results.
- Perform post-production, image enhancement, and color correction using Photoshop and other visualization tools.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings, architectural plans, and design concepts to develop accurate 3D models.
- Create detailed materials, textures, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements.
- Maintain organized project files, 3D assets, material libraries, and rendering resources.
- Understand project requirements and incorporate client or senior team feedback efficiently.
- Make revisions while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual quality across all project deliverables.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Strong experience with V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Working knowledge of D5 Render and/or Twinmotion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, material creation, and camera setup.
- Ability to create realistic interior and exterior environments.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to accept and implement feedback.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp.
- Experience with HandScape or similar visualization tools.
- Understanding of architectural, interior design, and construction workflows.
- Knowledge of landscape visualization and exterior environment creation.
- Ability to optimize models and scenes for efficient rendering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Animation, 3D Visualization, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
Experience
- 1–7 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization, architectural rendering, interior/exterior visualization, or a related field.
- Freshers with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
- A strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior visualization projects is mandatory.
