We are looking for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our Engineering R&D team for the design and development of next-generation Airborne Electro-Optical Infrared (EOIR) Systems used on military helicopters, UAVs and airborne surveillance platforms.
The engineer shall be responsible for complete architecture, power distribution, interconnect systems, harness engineering, EMI/EMC compliant hardware implementation and system integration activities.
The role involves close interaction with Mechanical, Optics, Embedded Hardware, FPGA, Software, Servo Control and System Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical System Architecture
Develop complete electrical architecture of EOIR systems.
Design low-power electrical infrastructure.
Define power distribution architecture for airborne systems.
Perform power budgeting and load analysis.
Design protection schemes including:
*Reverse polarity
*Over-current
*Over-voltage
*Inrush current
*Surge protection
2. Low-Power Hardware & Microelectronics
Design and optimize:
Power Management Infrastructure
Battery-powered electronics
DC-DC Converter selection
Energy harvesting concepts (where applicable)
Battery chemistry selection
Component derating
Thermal-aware component selection
Mixed signal isolation
Signal Integrity
Analog and Digital interface design
Precision sensor interface circuits
3. Electrical Interconnect System (EIS) & Wire Harness Engineering
Responsible for complete harness engineering including:
Electrical schematics
Harness topology
Wiring diagrams
Connector selection
Cable selection
Contact sizing
Pin allocation
Cable shielding
Cable routing
Harness packaging
Strain relief
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
