Job Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can talk to customers, help them choose outfits, and manage bookings.
Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers
- Understand customer requirements
- Help customers select bridal & groom outfits
- Explain rental, customization & buyback options
- Manage trial appointments and fittings
- Follow up with customers on WhatsApp & calls
- Handle billing and booking entries
- Coordinate with team for outfit handling and delivery
- Give customers a good in-store experience
