Job Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable
- Verify and process vendor invoices.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Maintain supplier accounts and records.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
Accounts Receivable
- Monitor guest and corporate receivables.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare invoices and account statements.
- Maintain debtor records.
Cash & Bank Management
- Verify daily cash collections.
- Prepare daily cash reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Monitor petty cash transactions.
Financial Records
- Record accounting entries accurately.
- Maintain ledgers and financial documents.
- Ensure proper filing of accounting records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
Payroll Support
- Assist in salary processing.
- Verify attendance and payroll data.
- Maintain employee reimbursement records.
Reporting
- Prepare daily revenue reports.
- Generate MIS reports as required.
- Assist in budget preparation and analysis.
- Support internal and external audits.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain financial confidentiality.
- Follow company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Working Conditions
- 6-day working week.
- Rotational holidays as per hotel policy.
- May be required to work during month-end and audit periods.
Salary Range: As per company standards and candidate experience.
