Equity Dealer – Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Client Order Execution
- Execute client buy/sell orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure best execution with minimal errors.
- Maintain high standards of trade confirmation and documentation.
2. Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual brokerage revenue targets.
- Increase client trading volumes.
- Maximize revenue from active clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide regular market updates and trading opportunities.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly.
4. Client Acquisition & Activation
- Acquire new Demat and Trading Account customers.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive clients.
- Increase the active client base.
5. Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Promote Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, ETFs, PMS, Margin Trading Facility (MTF), and other investment products.
- Generate additional revenue through cross-selling.
6. Market Advisory Support
- Share research-based investment and trading ideas.
- Educate clients about market trends, corporate actions, and investment opportunities.
- Support clients in making informed investment decisions.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
- Follow risk management guidelines for all trades.
- Maintain zero instances of unauthorized trading or compliance violations.
8. Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve client complaints within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
9. Market Knowledge & Professional Development
- Stay updated on equity markets, derivatives, IPOs, economic developments, and financial news.
- Continuously enhance product and market knowledge.
- Participate in internal and external training programs.
10. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trades.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Update CRM and internal systems regularly.
