Position: Refrigeration Technician – 1 Position
Qualification: Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in production/industrial refrigeration
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain chillers, refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling systems and refrigeration controls.
- Monitor refrigeration parameters such as temperature, pressure, suction/discharge pressure and system performance.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production downtime.
- Diagnose refrigerant leakage, compressor, electrical/control and mechanical issues.
- Handle refrigerant charging, recovery and leak testing as per safety procedures.
- Maintain refrigeration piping, valves, pumps, motors and related components.
- Read refrigeration drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.
- Maintain service records, equipment logs and preventive-maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial/production refrigeration systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of refrigeration compressors, controls, sensors and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and respond to breakdowns.
- Willingness to work in a production/plant environment and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
Ideal Candidate: Diploma RAC professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial/production refrigeration, capable of independently handling maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
