Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Head to manage and oversee the complete production operations of a 3-Wheeler EV manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in EV 3-wheeler production, assembly line management, quality control, manpower handling, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production activities for 3-Wheeler EV manufacturing.
- Oversee daily production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet production targets.
- Handle assembly line operations, manpower allocation, and workflow management.
- Ensure product quality, process efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with quality, purchase, inventory, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor production output, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Train and guide supervisors, technicians, and production staff.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and performance records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the 3-Wheeler EV industry.
- Must have worked in a production or plant operations role in the same industry.
- Strong knowledge of EV 3-wheeler assembly, production processes, and quality standards.
- Good experience in manpower handling and shop floor management.
- Ability to manage production targets and solve operational challenges.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Technical understanding of EV components, assembly line flow, and production systems.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates currently working as Production Head, Production Manager, Plant Manager, Assembly Head, or Operations Head in a 3-Wheeler EV manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
