A store manager is a retail professional responsible for the day-to-day operations of a physical store.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Run daily opening and closing duties, manage cash registers, and oversee billing accuracy.
- Sales & Targets: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and conversion rates.
- Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate sales associates and frame stylists.
- Customer Care: Guide clients on frame selection, lens types (progressive, anti-glare), and fitting adjustments.
- Clinical Coordination: Work closely with in-store optometrists to align prescriptions with customer needs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor frame and contact lens stocks, reduce shrinkage, and reorder popular items.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain clean, attractive window displays and product showcases.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
