- Staff management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Scheduling: Create weekly schedules for staff
- Conflict resolution: Handle conflicts between staff members and customers
- Customer service: Ensure staff provide excellent customer service
- Inventory management: Manage inventory levels
- Financial management: Handle cash handling, invoicing, and reporting
- Food safety: Ensure food and drinks are prepared and served according to company standards
- Standard operating procedures: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for staff
